[p4] Print informational message on submit

The thing that I don't like is it comes up as a trigger error.

You just can't print something from a trigger unless you return an exit
status of 1 from the trigger.

I just want to print a "remember to integrate to main" message without
the dialog showing a p4win error.

You want to implement a "commit trigger". Triggers are described
somewhere around p.100 of the Administrator's Guide.

Is there a way to have a trigger print a message to the user no matter
what?

A "request" has been made to have Perforce print a message to the user
reminding them to integrate their current submission to another branch.
They don't want an email but a pop up message.

Any help is appreciated.
