[p4] cvs2p4 question

Hi Bill,
You can not import from cvs using this tool, into
existing perforce repository. 

You will have to merge the two repositories using 
perfmerge2.pl 

cvs2p4 create not only a new depot but also a separate
database.
[ So use a different connection info in cvs2pl config
file and **never point to the existing perforce
repository** ]
