[p4] Password is set, still getting the unset error.

I found a bug where if you have a tickets entry for the same account it can
cause problems.

Edit your p4tickets file
(http://www.perforce.com/perforce/doc.062/manuals/cmdref/env.P4TICKETS.html)

And remove any unnecessary entries.
