[p4] P4V vs. P4WIN

I had to FORCE myself to SWITCH from P4Win... in the same way you have to
force yourself to diet and exercise if you want to loose weight.  When
you're talking about "intuitiveness", that's a big difference than someone
who's brand new to Perforce.
