[p4] Error when restarting the Perforce Server.

Hi,

I get this information on my event logger. I am not able to restart
Perforce as Windows Service. My server runs on Windows 2000 Server
5.00.2195 SP4.

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Perforce Service ) cannot
be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. The following information is part of the event: Starting the
Perforce Service "Perforce".

Any help would be appreciated.
