Hi,

	I have set all the p4 environment variables. I am sure the
password is valid, because I have logged into P4Win using the same
password after I got this error.

	Do you think there could be any other reason why I am getting
this error? I am trying to create a p4 sync script to run as a scheduler
to cache my files for the proxy. Before that I thought I will try out
the command on the DOS prompt. I get the error at this stage itself. Is
there something that I have missed out?

P4PASSWD=xxx (set)
P4PORT=xxx:2666 (set -s)
P4USER=xxx (set)

C:\Documents and Settings\Perpxyadmin>p4 -u xxx -P xxx -c xxx -p xxx
sync //depot/...
Perforce password (P4PASSWD) invalid or unset.
