[p4] Suggested tricks to catch integration errors in the UIs?

Hey,

A user integrates 20,000 files using either of the GUI clients. 3 of
those files fail because of either a baseless merge, or deleted
source/target error and the error messages are whisked away in that
stream of output. What do you tell your users to catch these errors
amongst all that output?

With P4Win, they can catch them afterwardsk with "View Warnings and
Errors" in the output pane. In P4V, the only way I can think of is to
just rerun the integration and the already opened files for integrate
will be ignored, so that will just leave the failures in the output
pane. Both of these relying on the user making sure that they first
clean their pane before the integrations. Neither seems too clever.

Anybody have anything a bit more graceful? I sort of wish P4 would dump
these errors to perhaps a different dialog, throw the messages, or
something. I don't really want to get into the "what should constitute
an error in p4" debate now. It would just be nice if these failures
were a bit more noticeable at integration time.

Thanks.
