[p4] vexing p4v problem on mac os

Out of interest try shortening the ticket length to say default of 12 hours
- there have been issues with tickets of 24 hours and also ones that went
99999999 (9x9 gave overflow in some server versions) in the past.

Somewhat clutching at straws though...
