[p4] Getting more context from "p4 changes"

I am sure you are aware, but I use "grep -3" (or some other integer) to get
a window.

A feature that isn't at all obvious is that in any dialog box in p4win
(including say file history), Ctrl+F allows searching of all text in the
dialog...
