Create "change out" and "change in" triggers. If you add new fields, you 
will have to process them and take them out in your "change in" trigger, 
storing the data elsewhere if appropriate. If you just want to change 
default values in the form, then the "change out" may be enough. If you 
just want to validate the contents of the existing fields, "change in" 
may be enough.
