[p4] Eclipse crash with P4WSAD

Hi,

 

There is a problem that if Eclipse is shut down abnormally (by killing
the process for example) and it has P4WSAD installed and there is an
open project, it crashes immediately after running it again saying it
cannot initialize p4sad driver or something similar. It can be fixed
only by manually removing the plugin files and reinstalling them once
Eclipse is back up.

 

This is seemingly a known problem and I found that in the release notes
on version 2006.02.4136 of P4WSAD it was fixed:

#24185 *
             Eclipse crashed on startup after a system crash.  This has
been
             fixed.

 

 

The only problem is that the fix seems to work only with Eclipse on
Windows. In Linux (Ubuntu with Eclipse versions 3.2 or 3.3), the problem
still exists.  I verified that I have the right version (2006.2.4136)

 

Does anybody else have this problem?  

Any solutions?
