[p4] Perforce passwords

I'd like to enable Perforce passwords, but I'd like to have it use the
Windows login password rather than setting up another password for the
user to forget. Is there a good way to do this? We don't have a full
time Perforce admin and I'm not excited about having "reset password"
calls at 2 a.m.
