[p4] Has anyone seen these p4d errors before?

Thanks Robert & Stephen.
I've seen similar, though not exactly the same, errors when
people unplug their laptops in the middle of p4win updating
or something, but in this case I'm seeing these errors
repeatedly in a short time. (Like 12 errors in 4 seconds.)
I'm going with the network problem idea since I can't find
anything wrong on the server.

I've seen them when users cancel commands. In our case it was an
indication of an overloaded server as users often thought their clients
were hanging.

Could be network, but I think you can also get these with a canceled
command.
