[p4] Files mistakenly appear in "Local not in Depot"

I think this might be a defect in P4V. I've seen it do something like
this before - the problem could be down to P4V doing case-sensitive
comparisons even though the server and client host might both be
case-insensitive.
If that is the problem you should contact support at perforce.com to report it.
