[p4] Perforce plugin for Borland's SilkCentral ?

So we're seriously considering buying Borland's SilkCentral Test Manager to
help organize our testing.  Initially Borland told us that SilkCentral 
worked with
Perforce out of the box, and now they're telling us we need to write a 
plugin for
SilkCentral to use Perforce.

So has anyone already written a Perforce plugin for SilkCentral that 
they'd be
willing to share?  A quick google didn't seem to turn up anything.
