[p4] Defaulting depots to a different drive?

Hi Shaun,

Write a form-out trigger for type 'depot'.
with arguements %formname% %formfile% %formname%

and modify the default path in the form file with the
path you want to set.

Note: This trigger will get executed for p4 depot
<depot> command for existing depots also. 

To avoid this, do a check for non existing depots [
the one we are in the process of creating] and do the
form modification.
