[p4] Inflate failed

Hi,

I'm trying to rebuild the DB, and encountered the error below.  Any idea why
I got this error message.


p4d -r /export/perforce/P4D -z -jr
/export/perforce/CheckPoint/checkpoint.2219.gz
Recovering from /export/perforce/CheckPoint/checkpoint.2219.gz...
Perforce server error:
        Journal file '/export/perforce/CheckPoint/checkpoint.2219.gz' replay
failed at line 11648174!
        Inflate failed!

We're using P4D 2001.1
