[p4] Telelogic CCM to Perforce migration

HI All,


We are currently using Telelogic CCM as our CM tool and planning to shift to 
Perforce shortly.

Anyone out there, who have migrated the projects from Telelogic CCM to 
Perforce ??

Please help us in understanding the following

1) Can the CCM projects be migrated to Perforce fully( more than 90%)  with 
all  history.
2) Is there any automated tool available so that i can try it out and test 
??
