> - A BSCS degree or its equivalent
> - 4 or more years of hands-on experience developing applications using
> Java and one or more of the following technologies - J2EE, JSF, XML,
> AJAX
> - Excellent Software Engineering Skills: Object Oriented Programming,
> Component-oriented design, Design Patterns, Unit Testing, Functional
> Testing
> - Solid working knowledge with Perl, Ant build, Maven 2 and shell
> scripting, Cruse Control
> - Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
> - Experience integrating automated QA tests into build scripts
> - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
> - Familiarity with Oracle databases is highly desired
> - Familiarity with UML is desired
