[p4] Visual Studio 2005 plugin

A few years ago several of our developers began using a custom Visual
Studio plugin that gave bare-bones Perforce integration (right-click
check-out/check-in).  That allowed them to bypass the solution binding
headaches of P4SCC.  I think the source for it originated from someone
on this list.

It doesn't seem to port to VS 2005, and I was wondering if anyone
knows of a similar plugin that works in VS2005.
