[p4] Perforce & JIRA

My company currently has the P4/Jira integration working, but, from what
I know of it, it is intended to be a one-way push from Jira into
Perforce.  That is, any changes to the job spec from Perforce will be
ignored by Jira.

That being said, you could try using the built-in Jira client tools as
described here:

But that would require some hacking up code.
