First question: Do these people know about "Revert unchanged"?
Are they actually modifying all these files?
I haven't had any real problem with P4Win when syncing or otherwise
dealing with that many files or more. It can take a few minutes to
populate the list for display at times, but I'm not surprised.
(When the number of files gets to 10,000 and up I usually use
the command line with output directed to a file. Much faster.)
