[p4] 1200 to 2000 file checkouts

2007.1 has a feature that automatically compares local files to the
depot in the background (even unopened files). I disabled it b/c it
practically made p4v unusable.
I don't have it in front of me right now, but I think the option is
named something like "use distinct icon for modified files"
