[p4] DevTrack integration

In the DevTrack integration, is it possible for the Perforce file list
on the DevTrack side to be hyperlinks? I'd like to be able to link to
either P4Web or FishEye in the DevTrack issue.

 

It's been a few years since I used the TeamTrack integration but I seem
to remember that links were available. I can't seem to find a way to do
the same in DevTrack.
