[p4] Removing all Perforce clients without starting server

Hi, Erik-

Removing db.domain may work.  I haven't tried this and take no
responsibility for anything that might happen.

Alternatively, you could use P4AUTH or its equivalent p4d -a (see p4 help
undoc for details) to use your main server's license, in which case you
could have as many users and clients as you wanted.
