[p4] db.label and p4d verify -xv.

1) You won't reclaim disk space until you checkpoint and reload from 
checkpoint.

2) I don't know. I suspect it might. It's undoc so you need to ask support.

3) Again, ask support. You should also be asking the question of why the 
file is corrupt. Did you have an out of space problem? Did you have a 
power outage? Do your system logs show disk read or write errors?
