[p4] How does Bitkeeper compare to Perforce?

My main concern regarding Bitkeeper would be Larry McVoy - he is a plus and
a minus for the company. he is obviously a very bright technical guy, but
shouldn't really be let loose near customers or potential customers. 

Given all the history re Linux etc, and the flame wars he has gotten himself
into over the years, I'd be a little concerned that he would throw his toys
out of the pram at some point and change the license on me, or otherwise
cause problems.
