Lxr and swish-e.

I think you have to do some work to implement the following requirement.
Support for limiting search by folder

Whereas Authentication -- I am assuming should be trivial to do according to
your own needs.

Anyone familiar with tools for indexing/searching source code?

Here's some of the requirements we're looking for:

Centralized server (i.e. users don't have to sync files to their local
drive)
Web-based or other GUI
Perforce integration
Fast searching
Support for limiting search by folder
Authentication -- not everyone in the company should have access

So far the only tool that seems to do this is
Koders<http://www.koders.com/corp/products/enterprise-code-search/>.
I can't believe there aren't other tools out there.
