You are trying to get latest on a file which has locally been made
writable (and possibly changed). It depends on the reason why that file
was made writable as to what you would do to fix this issue in future...
(There is an option in get latest to automatically clobber writable
files, but I'd be very careful about setting that).

revision/force revision )
I have found this to be the case when the file is in use. Eg, getting
latest on an executable that is currently being used.

When do we get these error messages and how to avoid them ?
1. Can't clobber writable file
2. Cannot rename an existing file ( in case of get latest revision/force

any tips/tricks to make perforce faster would be useful .
