[p4] P4Exp not working correct

Hello,

We have the following problem:
Using Perforce via the client works fine, starting P4Web automatically
logs using last used Port... as set in the settings.
But when I use the explorer context menu, perforce does not use the last
used port, it uses the settings from
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\perforce\environment
How can I change this behaviour in P4Win 2006.2 122221
