[p4] Upgrading perforce from 2004.2 to the latest version

Most of this is covered well in the release notes and the Admin Guide.
I'm only saying RTM because it's so well spelled out there and my
fingers are lazy when they won't add value. Be sure to back up first.
You can upgrade directly. Sometimes I restore from checkpoint on the old
version to clean things up and compact them for the upgrade.

No real caveats that aren't documented in the above.

How long it takes depends on the size of your repository. Typically, it
will take seconds to minutes. A really large installation may take a
couple hours. That's for the 1500+ user, multi-GB database installations.
