[p4] Two Perforce Eclipse (P4WSAD) plugin questions

Hi,

 

I have two questions about the p4 eclipse plugin (version 2006.02).

 

1. Is it possible to Force Sync file(s) from Eclipse? I didn't see an
option to do it.

2. Is it possible to compare a local checked out file with other than
the head revision, meaning with older revisions?
