[p4] Perforce password - forcing manaul modification in first login

Hi,

Is there a way to enforcing modification of Perforce password at the
first time the user is login into the system?

The required process is: 
A.	The super user set a password for a simple user.
B.	The super user sends an email to the user with the password.
C.	The user login to Perforce via P4WIN, P4V or P4WEB (not via
command line interface), and the "change password" dialog appears
automatically.
D.	The user types the old password (supplied by the super user) and
the new password - and the new password is set in Perforce database.

Please your advice.
