[p4] Deleting all files in a depot

Do you want to throw out your history? If so, just delete the db and 
depot files and start over (back up first just in case you regret it). 
You may want to save off some metadata to reload, such as users, 
protections, etc. I can dig out a sh script to do that if you need it.

If you just want to do a 'p4 delete' then map the whole server into a 
workspace and do

p4 delete //...
p4 submit
