[p4] Deleting all files in a depot

Yeah, I pretty much want to wipe out everything including the histories, 
deleted files, etc. I am using this server as a test server and am 
playing around with adding new files in various ways as a test so I need 
to dump stuff over and over without any histories, etc being left in the 
depot.
