[p4] Tracking Label Contents

I guess I'm naive but why track the contents of a label?  

I just can't envision a usage model that would require this.

There are various ways _I_ could do this but I'm after a way to make it
happen for everyone 'behind the scenes'.

Sadly, as I suspected, this still isn't even possible let alone
supported 'out of the box'.
