[p4] x64 Explorer Integration

The 64bit explorer version doesn't work with certain explorer addins
like Perforce.  You can still get this functionality through an explorer
window, but you have to use the 32-bit explorer application which I
think is found here:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\explorer.exe

(I don't have a 64 bit system handy to check this location).  I think
that if you run this explorer, you will find your perforce add ins.
Handy tip:  make a shortcut on your desktop to:

"%windir%\syswow64\explorer.exe /separate"

to get quick access to your 32-bit explorer window.  HTH.
