you can have as many servers as you want, so long as each person has a license.
so, if you have 20 users, you can set up as many servers as you want,
using those
20 licenses for the same 20 users. If you have 40 users, 20 licenses,
you cannot
setup two servers and have 1/2 use each server.
So, I guess its something like each license is assigned to a specifc user on a
per site basis.
