[p4] Multiple Branch management

It's in a funny intermediate undoc state in the 2007.2 release:

C:\bruno_ws>p4 help undoc | grep -i interchanges
    p4 interchanges
        See 'p4 help interchanges'.

C:\bruno_ws>p4 help interchanges

    interchanges -- report changes not yet integrated (unsupported)

    p4 interchanges [ -f -l ] fromFile[revRange] toFile
    p4 interchanges [ -f -l -r ] -b branch [ toFile[revRange] ... ]
    p4 interchanges [ -f -l ] -b branch -s fromFile[revRange] [ toFile ... ]

So it is sort of undoc'ed and yet has made it as far as official help
command and yet is not in the command reference guide.

However, as Laura "outed" it in her book it is not as if it is going to go
away!
