[p4] Reconciling offline changes

Hi Sam,

Its time to upgrade your P4V :) 

This feature is introduced in P4V 2007.1

Though I have not tested, I am sure this feature will
be availble to you even if your server version is
older.

in workspace view of the files, right click on a
directory and you will get the "Reconcile offline work
..."
