[p4] Moving p4d to a new server (Mac OS -> Linux)

I've resolved my problem.

It was related to moving from a case insensitive file system (Mac OS) to a
case sensitive file system (Linux). For some reason Config.in moved over as
config.in. Same for all other files that had a single cap in the name.

The p4migrate tool from perforce did the job in short order. In fact it
took less than a minute to fix once I knew what the issue was :-)

Thanks to all who responded with suggestions.
