[p4] Is anyone happily running a case-sensitive Windows server?

I need to set up a distribution server and have a Windows machine
(Server 2003) as the cheapest bulk storage option. I was thinking of
making it case-sensitive with the -C0 flag but there probably won't
be an issue if I don't.

Any thoughts on this?
