[p4] Visual Studio 2005 plugin

I don't know anything about the plugin you've used before, but
similarly in games development there have been several of these
plugins floating around (http://www.convexhull.com/) since people got
tired of the scc bindings in visual studio. A while ago I released my
own plugin as opensource, it can be downloaded here:

Basically, all it does is what you described and it also registers a
bunch of commands that you can access through keyboard bindings (you
have to setup them yourself though).
