Errrrr I feel some Monty Python tendencies coming on:

When p4d is stopped:

- it is resting
- it is no more
- it is not running
- it is not even walking (although the p4feet icon in p4win may do lots of
walking)
- it is an ex-process
- etc...

Perhaps you can explain a little more what sort of information you are
looking for?!
