I remembered chasing those down...
I think you can get them from
"http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/". (The name was changed).
Another thing you can do is get a "Run Windows App as a Service"
program that ...well... let you run any Windows application as a
Windows Service. I found one at http://www.exetoservice.com/ for $40.
Another one I found is at
http://www.codeproject.com/system/xyntservice.asp. This one appears to
be an open source project.
