[p4] Updating a branchspec

Dear All,
I have created a branch spec and integrated files to the same . I need to
add some more files into the same branch from a different path . I have
updated the branchspec with the new source also . What do i do next . I have
a workspace which gets file from this branch . If i do a get latest will the
new files be added into the branch on submit ? or will i hav eto integrate
once again ?
