[p4] cvs2p4 help?

I ran a cvs2p4 conversion recently and ran into the same problem. After
changing the conversion script to not exit on this particular error, a
few files out of the whole filetree reported this error. The conversion
appeared to succeed, the files mentioned came through fine, and there
were no other apparent problems. So we accepted the results of the
conversion and haven't had problems with it since then.

I think Imakefile is likely the first file to be added/imported.

Anyone else run into similar issues?
