It's available in 2006.1, but to see it in the spec you have to
add it:

    p4 label Revision: field
        Automatic labels are supported through a Revision: field in the
        label spec.  This can be turned on by adding the line '312 Revision
        word 32 optional' to the Fields: entry in 'p4 spec label'.
