[p4] Howto move a client from one host to another

Assuming root directory is the same on both machines, copy the files
locally, then just edit the client workspace and rename the Host field to
new machine.

Try running a sync on new machine - should say all files up to date.

To be sure everything has gone fine you could try the commands in Technote 2
for offline working - most of the work happens on the client so it doesn't
matter if server is remote.
