[p4] Automatic lock in checkout (edit)

In the documentation, there's an example of doing this
under the description for "typemap".  It is the last example
in the "examples" section of

I wouldn't do it, however.

My advice is, "know how to do this, but learn the merge tool
before deciding to choose this. I think that being able to
merge text files - and have real concurrent work on text files -
is more productive. Teach your team the tools, and use them."
